“ Super nice dinning area around the Eastern Market. The duck fat home fires were so good! Definitely recommended. We ordered the duck carnitas, the cinnamon roll, and the brunch burger! It was all so delicious! Love all the style of the indoor and outdoor dining area. ”
“ Loved it. The first word to mind was "outstanding" and so I gladly recommend stopping by for dinner. This visit they were busy with reservations on a Friday evening, but the bar seating was open and service did not disappoint. I ordered several small plates and each one was excellent and flavorful. ”
“ I like the D&P a lot! Very good vibes and friendly service. We got the duck feast for two and it was wonderful, and a great amount of food for 2-3 hungry people. Also had pavlova for dessert which was a nice treat. Great experience and very convenient to the Eastern Market metro. I’ll definitely go back ”
“ First off we had the best experience because of Emily! She's full of fun energy and very knowledgeable about the entire menu. Their menu is designed for family style so we ordered a little of everything. Steak Tartar, crab risotto, brussel sprouts, lamb, pork, and scallops. Emily suggested a chenin blanc and a hibiscus margarita which were fantastic. Be sure to save a little room for dessert as the chocolate raspberry chouffait and rhubarb brown butter torte! Overall wonderful vibe and we will be sure to come back and try out the Italian side of the business plus the speakeasy. ”
“ Excellent restaurant, we ordered the duck feast. This was one of the best meals we have had in a long time! Emily was also exceptional! Highly recommend. ”
“ We have gone here for Valentine’s Day and it has been great both times! The carrots are my absolutely amazing! The drinks are also very tasty and I hear their pastry chef is the best in town, though every time we go we are too full for dessert! We sat by the kitchen window which made for a fun time watching them cut of the ducks :) ”
“ Maybe the best restaurant in Eastern Market! The menu changes, but we've never had anything subpar here. We especially love brunch (but who doesn't in DC?). Get the pastry basket and snack along with some mimosas. ”
“ What a wonderful, long-awaited first visit to Duck & The Peach! I love it when a restaurant lives up to its hype, and that was the case here. First, the staff was professional, welcoming, helpful and great at their jobs; the menu was creative; the dishes were superb; the drinks were tasty; and the night was memorable. I happened to be dining mostly with vegetarian friends last night, so the items trended in that direction. I was not disappointed. The carrots, salad, beer risotto and brussels sprouts were absolutely delicious. The lamb chops were delightful, and my only regret is not being able to try some of the other meat dishes. I had neither a duck nor a peach, and alas, I loved my experience and will be back soon. ”
